I have decided to try blogging to share our story with others. We feel blessed to have found a way to live healthy and know that others are looking for answers also. Soon I will do a post to share how our journey began. I hope to update several times a week on how we are doing, how we have blessed others, and/or share a healthy tip. We'll see how it goes.

Five years ago we were introduced to a wonderful company that started our journey to a healthier family. I am hoping to use this blog as a way to share our journey with you.
